A leader in home health, palliative and hospice care, Ascend Health needed to combine their 3 existing brand sites into one. The new site needed to have a consistent look and feel while maintaining a clear distinction between the various service lines. We defined service lines by colors that patients already recognized from the existing brands. We condensed and streamlined text to be less corporate and more empathetic to the user’s health care journey. Through the addition of warm, inviting imagery and video, we were able to bring positivity and compassion to challenging subjects. The new site conveys premium quality care and service with a kind and caring human touch.
